Clinic Policies

1. Masks are mandatory for all patients

2. If you have an expired or invalid health card, you will be charged the non-insured service fee. This is refundable within 5 business days if you email us or come in.

3. No verbal abuse or harassment of staff will be tolerated

4. We may close early due to excessive patient volumes

5. Only one primary medical issue per visit

6. We are currently not accepting / enrolling patients into family practice, every visit must have a medical reason, no meet and greets
