Front Desk/Reception – Not the worst but could be better.
Now coming to the actual review, I had some slight issues getting a referral through but found management was prompt in trying to resolve issues. So I contacted them and GOLLY – they resolved the issue within a couple of hours ON A WEEKEND NIGHT. Absolutely exceptional care and diligence by Verismo Health management (that runs Ottawa & River Clinic). Highly recommend for this alone.
